Buyer Beware!!! Poor quality built homes. Walls are paper thin, you can hear traffic, the train and the obnoxiously loud ATV's (which are prohibited in the community). If you take a close look at the existing homes' foundations, outer walls and driveways, you can see they are already cracked in less than a year, especially the houses by the railroad tracks. They want to build homes as fast as they can and move on to their next project. The townhomes are having issues with the A/C and cooling... Have someone check the insulation because Hanover Builders missed it, didn't install and/or forgot it in some of the rooms and attics. For the single family homes, they install the cheapest A/C units they can find that can't handle the square footage of the house so your electric bill will be over $200. per month plus you also have to pay for water usage every month. In addition, they raise the HOA fees every year. There's not enough parking in the townhomes due to poor planning by Hanover Builders. The community is not safe for children because of vehicles speeding and not stopping at the stop signs. A dog was recently hit by a car and the car just drove off and didn't stop. The entrance gates don't work the majority of the time and several cars have been broken into. The dumpsters are overflowing with flies and vultures all around. People throw their trash on the streets and into the conservation areas/ponds. If you have children that want to attend the Davenport School of the Arts, don't count on it, there's a long waiting list/lottery to get in and some parents have been waiting for years for their children to attend and now have to find another school. Please read all paperwork and ask questions before purchasing. A lot of people are trying to sell their homes already.
