      image The resort itself is great, the waterpark is clean, well maintained and has many different things to do. They do seem to be slightly understaffed at the bar n grill but most of the world is right now so thats understandable. The 2 complaints i have is that the trash was not picked up once in the 9 nights we stayed there and there is no one to get in touch with afterhours for noise complaints. We had extremely loud neighbors a few nights and even though the property is staffed 24/7 with a security guard that guard does not leave the gate so its no help. I would consider staying her again, maybe at a different home, but the resort definitely has potential to be better. I do believe that they could make small improvements in order to gain our business again in the future.
