        This place is amazing. It is very well kept and has an amazing pool and lazy river. I like the fact that it is gated and has security at the gates. That said, most of houses here are vacation rental houses managed by 3rd party companies. I notice a lot of negative reviews for the status of the renal homes. Unfortunately this all comes down to which rental company manages the property. Some are better then others. Renting through VRBO may be a better option as the home owners are much more involved in the process.
