Never seen the lack of customer service and knowledge of banking industry. My 90 yr old grandmother had fraud in her account, done online, my grandmother does not use internet let alone a computer. You think as customer service rep "banker" a fraud of $21k, the first step would be is file a claim, common sense right! Apparently not, it takes 2 trips to the branch with a 90 yr old and as I write this review there is still no dispute. What can I expect, it didn't even occur to them to close account and open a new on. As previous banker myself, this absurd the lack of knowledge and initiative. I will call the 1800 customer service hopefully they been train properly and can resolve this issue. I was thinking of throwing both names of the customer service rep that were useless, but not worth my time.

La policia ha a abierto un caso de la incidencia y mi abogado esta al corriente de la descriminacion de un clienter de mas de 20 anos. Vayan con cuidado porque esta agencia tiene conductas impropias de un banco serio. Mi calificacion es desastrosa y el personal horrible. Gracias.
