First Citizens Bank

I just Went to this bank to deposit money for my father and law, I got there at 4:50 which I understand Is close to closing time but the doors were locked, after my mother and law got out of the car and came to the door the woman zeida opened the door she gave us the slips we filled them out and returned them to her she went to deposit them and was so incredibly nasty the entire time. She refused to deposit them and refused to tell us why. When my mother and law called her husband she refused to talk to him we asked if he could call the branch and speak to her to get this resolved and she refused to talk to him and said he has to wait to Monday. Even the other customers in the bank were being treated horribly. Ive never been more speechless at a bank

Advertised currency exchange, went in and everyone doing something else and waited 10 min, Not a single customer in the branch. Just to recommended I go somewhere else. Dont waste your time.
