        Worst UPS. Showed up 10 mins before closing and they had already closed. Told the hotel front desk that they were not available to help hotel guests and others. The front desk called them and no answer.

        Horrible service. Looked like the employee didn't want to be there and told me $10 service fee to ship a few items home. Then he told me to pay with cash or cc even though I told him room charge. I questioned him about the form that had my room number and afraid to get charged again. If I wasn't in a pinch I would have walked out. Why do they allow to have horrible service here? It's sad because the service in the Mayflower Hotel has been wonderful.
