In this place, where service is sought, the staff aims for friendly, but it's not quite caught. Efforts are there, yet efficiency wanes, as gossip distracts, and focus strains. A vibe of standoffish, perhaps unintended, amidst the chatter, the service is extended. A friendly facade, yet it seems they're adrift, a nudge towards diligence could mend the rift.

This will always be a busy store. There have been some changes since my last review. The new store manager Jennifer runs a tight ship and her team members like Kellie reflect her positive attitude and leadership style. Yesterday, I worked with both of them on a last minute print job which turned out great.

Brittany was incredibly helpful when I had a snag with a shipment recently. I see her often at this location and she is always efficient, friendly and competent.

Staff might get the job done, but they are incredibly rude. Be it it pick-ups, printing, or shipping, we always get yelled at while the staff members try to get rid of us before even listening to our full question/request.
