        I was charged $10 just to drop off my pre-paid package. Insane!!!!!! Charging a handling fee in the first place seems unnecessary but $10 just to drop a package off is theft.

        The staff wasnt working at the desk when it was supposed to. We had to call the store (while waiting inside the store) for anybody to show up and help us. After all that, they werent even able to get us a simple pre-paid label. Very bad experience overall, wouldnt recommend!!!

        Worst UPS I've ever seen. They screwed up a massive delivery to the hotel- forced a huge conference to change their entire schedule.When I had to ship a fragile package out.. they had forgotten the key to the security gate, so they opened 2 hours late. An associate took down my number so he could call me when they opened. He didn't call.When I checked on them 2 hours after they were supposed to open, he told me they didn't have any fragile stickers. They were too small a shop he said- as if a stack of stickers is some kind of big deal. Don't go.
