Almost was held at gun point and saw someone being held at gun point at 7pm while picking up a truck for self check in and I called U-Haul and the location did nothing to justify or just apologize for the incident that happened on their property.
I was promised a callback and never received a thing the workers hung up on me instead evertytime I called to speak to a manager
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGE !
