Although you are supposed to be able to drop off your device here for the trade in, they wont accept them because its more work on their end.

I tend to not leave bad reviews but I had to today the staff were pretty decent except this one employee she was very rude and had a terrible attitude that's not how you conduct business and I would not recommend that store to anyone and I would not be returning to that location for any service I will find another store. honestly that staff member needs to be fired Immediately.

I had an incredible and educational visit. Ariana helped me tremendously with my account, purchase; and even gave me some tips on how to protect my keys and AirPods better. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I def suggest this location for your services and needs. The entire staff was welcoming and happy to help.

Do not go to this location! When I upgraded to a new IPhone, the associate told me they will ship my phone. Month later, I received a message saying they never received my phone. When I called the store the associate rudely informed me they don't ship phones. When I asked to speak to a manager, Mario who was even more rude than his associate, also informed me that don't ship phones and could not help me on the phone. That I would have to come back to the store and the earliest time I could see him was 5 days later. I than called 1-800-T-Mobile and the customer service agent, who was very helpful,  informed me that they did receive the phone and to disregard the text messages. Will never return to this location again and tempted to cancel T-Mobile altogether.
