AT&T Store

Great service by Marco. We have been to many places facing empty looks and stares as staff do not seem to know what they are doing. Marco is always helpful and knowledgeable. If someone system not possible he at least says he will try and he manages. Great attitude! Keep it up.

Ashley was able to help us out a lot despite there being technical issues with the account. She was able to manage everyone efficiently and did so with a great attitude.

I met the most amazing customer service rep at this location, forgot her name but she was extremely helpful, patient & kind, she had long locs. The store only take cards, the layout of this store, makes you want to buy everything, lol. Due to the 5G set up, the prepaid chip I bought couldn't work with my phone, I was informed of this from the beginning & I took the gamble, apparently if its not an AT&T phone or if its not on AT&T list of phones or something, your phone wouldn't work so check the list on the Website first, if your phone isn't there, don't waste your money. But if you have money, buy a prepaid phone lol

Marco is a great customer service representative and was kind enough to break down the proceeds of each plan. Marco is respectful and friendly to military personnel such as myself. Marco remembered me after not seeing each others for weeks, he is very loyal and overall a great person and deserves to be in a manager position as he is wise and knowledgeable about all the phone plans. Thank you Marco!!
