Kia was really helpful with my move-in process. She was my tour guide in October and remembered me when I applied in December. My move-in was a little rocky due to waiting on third party responses but Kia and the rest of the leasing staff was very understanding and able to express the status of my application. I was able to move in on time and maintenance was able to respond to my requests within 24 hours. I do recommend this place as the amenities and space are too great to pass up especially for such a great price point. I relocated from NY and am very happy living here. The area is nice and quiet and is very safe and convenient for me and my emotional support dogs.

My brother lives in this apartment complex. My sister and I decided to visit him. Today i was woken up in bed by the maintenance guy.
I was shocked, but I just assumed they called my brother to let him know they were enterimg and I just slept through his call.
It wasnt until later that I realized they actually didnt let anyone know.
My brother is sick to his stomach. He feels violated. He feels unsafe in his apartment. He keeps saying, What if our sister was sleeping and was woken up by this strange man?!
I really feel for my brother because he recently moved here to be closer to family and its been nothing but problems.
This place is awful. Keep searching for a better place to live.

Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had applying for an apartment; management was horrible from the gate. Aside from the lack of communication from the point an application was submitted (ex: I had to reach out to see if the app had even been processed as it had been 4 business days since it was submitted), we were given the go-around daily that "someone will get back to you by the end of the day..." however no one did. The extreme attitude from Kia when expressed there was a lack of direction with where our app was after a solid week and a half at this point. And, to top it all off, we were given a verbal approval by two people; one of which was reported to be the leasing manager after speaking to someone who was new / from another property, Catalina, on two separate occasions were we given a "just wait for your welcome letter" message. After three days of not receiving any letter, any communication, or any callbacks, called yet again to then get off the phone and open my inbox to a denial letter.... addressed to the wrong person. Then, after the mistake of the letter being written in the wrong first and last name (along with some other info), they sent a denial with proper information and was told that they "don't do verbal approvals." However, I was present with my coworker who was given a verbal approval just a few months back. Such poor service and are quite honestly happy we didn't move into this wreck from the beginning.
