Evergreen Apartment Group

Since the new management took over it has went downhill! The new management Vice President of Evergreen is very rude, disrespectful and greedy for money! She doesnt care about the tenants that been here for years! She increased my rent $50 and hasnt fixed anything in my apartment! My rent was a certain amount and then she goes on the portal and changes it. Shes very unprofessional! Also the hallways are very dirty and disgusting! Mice running around the building! Dirty laundry room! Parking is a nightmare! They dont fix anything! But every chance they get your rent will increase! These apartments are outdated and isnt worth the price! Ive been at West Court Apts for 14 years! The old property manager was much better! She actually looked out for her tenants! This new vice president is horrible! And I will not be renewing my lease next year! Its horrible here since Evergreen group took over! BEWARE! Dont move into West Court Apts!!

Kicking me out over a lie being told on us Maintenence stalks me with his camera and maintenance doesnt fix things within 10 days as stated that must be done in the delaware law been saying for 3 years i have nails sticking out in the carpet that shreds every time from vacuuming bathroom floor was reported over a year ago on soft spot still not replaced and drawer in kitchen was not replaced correctly and falls which will cause it to break again on its own. All maintenance does is cancel my work orders

Tenants are entitled to a place to park a vehicle, should not have to tolerate the blaring music and the stench from the teenagers smoking they're dope under our windows and on the steps outside, also the hallways. These people that collect the rent checks need to be replaced. I have never lived in a place so porely managed. We don't invite anyone over due to the condition of this place. Its embarrassing.

Slum, poorly run. In 3 years never missed or been late on a payment. Trash everywhere, that won't change as it hasn't in the time I've been here. Work orders never fixed, management gets mad at you and acts as if you're wrong to even have the audacity to ask about a work order, even if it's 3 months later and multiple heat waves have been through. Then winter comes and you're wishing for the summer, as there will be no heat. Constant gunshots, cars broken into. So after 3 years, trash everywhere, leaky roof, mold, dead animals dying and decaying in that ceiling, old/outdated appliances (guessing 20 yrs or more), old carpet peeling back, no heat/ac, rent up $150 month with no improvement to apartments, grounds cleanliness, or safety/ security. We were given 2 window units and the apartment was still 83 during three latest heat wave. The "1" hvac tech (for roughly 400 units?) saw our thermostat at 94 INSIDE! The units aren't working and or electric isn't working. Called corporate and still nothing has been done, even told them about my son's asthma. I'd stay far far away from any property managed by the Evergreen group, it's clearly a money grab. They don't give 2 sh*** about the property, the tenants or their safety. Shame shame shame on you Evergreen, you are slumlords and I hope karma is swift and just.

I had an appointment for noon and came quit a long ways to see a apartment. I arrived, sent emails& called with no response. Nobody was in the office. This doesn't make me feel like they took me very serious about wanting to move in within the next month.
