Windsor Forest

The place is falling apart! Stay away! We experienced a bad leak upstairs everytime it rained. We reported this many times to them but nothing came of it. The leak continued to get worse and even started to go down the wall into an outlet. For safety we had to flip the breaker off for the upstairs when it rained. The place also had a really strong chemical odor that was reoccurring. Not sure if it was coming from the neighbors or or somewhere else. The odor only seemed to get worse.. There also are not enough dumpsters for the amount of properties. There are only 2 for the entire place and they fill up quick.. Stay far away from this place!

Do not go here! Strongly avoid Windsor Forrest. This place is the dump. Place is falling apart and when someone moves out they cover up stuff instead of repairing and fixing things. After we bought a house, we complied within their lease agreement and they tried to sue us for breaking their lease. Horrible management. I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I have definitely had my ups and downs with this place. When I first got here it was descent due to the circumstances that we had to deal with. But management (at the time) did their best to accommodate our needs. The maintenance and office team they have now are great, I hope they dont change then anytime soon. The buildings are very old and are in need of upgrades/repairs. I do not think its worth paying over 1,200 a month, but it could be worse so I wont complain lol. Over all it hasnt been bad living here, its quiet and whenever I have a problem it gets fixed so I am content!
