        My boyfriend and I are looking for apartment and came to Sophias Place to Tour. We were greeted by Diana who was very helpful with showing us a tour of 1bd 1ba and a 2bd 2ba. We came back the next day as we instantly knew that this was the place for us. Diana was so helpful by letting us tour the two places again and answering any questions we had while filling out the application.

      Sophia’s Place East is a community of apartments in New Castle County, DE. Our 1-, 2-, & 3-bedroom apartments are pet-friendly and we also offer furnished corporate housing. Enjoy comfortable amenities, including an on-site fitness center, swimming pool and tennis courts. Located 10 miles from Wilmington, Newark, and the Delaware Memorial Bridge for access to New Jersey, our residents can hop on I-95, I-295 or the New Jersey Turnpike with ease.
