ALERT Do not go here I had took my daughter for the first time here cuz she needed braces really bad my daughter was super excited when I get there and meet Dr.kiss worst experience in front of my daughter the first thing he say is do you care about your daughter I look at him like he was crazy I said yes thats why Im here he want me to pay cash knowing my daughter teeth were really bad telling me that Medicaid wouldnt COVER it he is rude and he purposely gets your kids upset so that you will be force to pay cash my daughter was upset she 12 years old. I end up going to a different ordontist MBRACES I greatly recommend he look at my daughter teeth and said great news Medicaid will cover it god knows how happy I was!!!!

Not very good results in my experience. Ive had people tell me who work in the field , they could have been better. Although the staff is very friendly, I would go somewhere else if I could do it all over.

Had my braces in for half a year and Ive been able to see a lot of progress already. Jasmine is usually the one who changes my bands and does it so quickly and professional.

Where do I start: Let's start with the receptionist with the blond hair that's what I'm choosing to professionally call her. I don't know when my encounters with her shifted from 2021 until now but she rolls her eyes when I speak, she over talks me and acts like she's doing me a favor. She clearly is the office mascot and thinks because they won't get rid of her that give her free reign to act like a straight up Karen. I'm not paying cash to be displaced disrespected and handed off like I don't matter. I also didn't like that Dr. Kiss retired and I wasn't aware of the plan for my child's care. I was told 30 months they decided to extend it to 6 more which would cost me more for less because the new doctor acted as if it was a problem for me to question her. Wrong one! I work in health care and I have a right to know everything. I would not recommend this place I know I will need to take her someplace else. I want quality service not what ever service and you pay me . I do not like that blond wench!

I'm a long time patient from here and my experience from this place was a waste of my time that I decided not to come back for a checkup. The last time I had an appointment, I just had enough where Dr. Kiss went out of his way to make me feel uncomfortable. I don't know if I catched him on one of his bad days but when I arrived for him to see me, he told me " Well aren't you going to lay down?" With a disgruntled tone in his voice. As he was checking my teeth, he noticed I had tiny gaps in my mouth. At the time I was overdue for an appointment where I was suppose to come back for the clear retainer which I didn't know. Dr. Kiss made a rude statement about how my teeth used to be perfect as if it looked bad. And he told me he didn't want to waste his time ordering a new retainer for me if I decided not to come back. My teeth was still perfect to me so, I didn't understand the need for that comment. And because he said that I wasn't going to come back. I felt belittled for misinterpreting of which retainer I was suppose to use and didn't know I was suppose to come back for the clear retainer. But him as a Dr. he's suppose to help his patients and make corrections regardless if someone has a misunderstanding about something. Isn't that what a Doctor suppose to do?. That's how you build more clients for your business. I'm not the type to write reviews but his attitude is very disgusting and inhumane. He is the worst Doctor I've ever encountered. Lacks people skills, and is very unprofessional where he treats his patients like objects with no feelings.
