I stumbled upon it. This massage shop felt that the environment was very clean and the masseur's technique was good, which eased my back muscles. The fatigue of the day has all disappeared, and I will be back next time.

A strange experience. Not sure what kind of business they are trying to run here but i have an idea.You have to pay upfront, then get an average massage in a cold room for about 35 mins.Then as others have mentioned the discussion about tip starts, she basically wanted the same amount again before continuing the massage!It's a ridiculous way to run a business and they'll never get any return customers.Going to places like this for a sore back is likely a bad idea on my part anyway but occasionally they are ok.I got dressed and left.

I usually came here to get a massage from Annie because I thought she was good, but she wasn’t here anymore so I went with lily! And wow lily is way better than Annie was ! She knew exactly how to massage my tight knots and release the pain! I am so grateful to have such a good massage therapist in my city! I will be coming here everytime my body is in pain and let lily work her magic on my body ! I highly suggest anyone looking for pain relief to come to lily spa and let her take care of you! She is very nice and listens to all of your needs ! Thank you again Lily !

Just stopped here the a few days ago because my shoulders were killing me. The therapist seemed friendly and kind AT FIRST. She was quite pushy about getting a tip upfront which I tried to explain was not the way I choose to tip as I tip based on the quality of the massage but she spoke almost NO ENGLISH and so I simply gave her the tip upfront (my mistake). Then about 5 minutes into the massage she stopped putting even light to medium pressure into the massage and seemed to be distracted. I asked her kindly to use more pressure and she did not. Then she decided to STOP the session at roughly 15 minutes in began trying to rant in very broken English and when I tried to speak to her even using a translator on her phone she refused and walked out of the room and when I finally got up after a a few minutes of being quite puzzled - I realized she was outside, walking around erratically. So I again kindly asked her to give me the balance of the cost of the session back plus part of the tip (based on 15 min vs. 60 min.) she repeatedly said NO and kept telling me to "GO!, "Finished!". So I asked to speak to the owner or manager and she again refused - I tried to find information on the business owner or anyone who could help from the company but no contact information is available on the website and the only number available goes to that NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING, very unprofessional and ultimately RUDE therapist.
