I love everything about this place. The front desk is always warm and friendly. All therapists Ive had have been wonderful. Theyre very professional. I highly recommend this place.

The providers vary and I have had some better than others, but overall a great spot to have a membership and get your self-care in every month!

I hardly ever write reviews but I had such a terrible experience with the receptionist and manager it is warranted. Firstly, my massage was wonderful and Forrest was absolutely excellent in practice and demeanor. I was using a gift card that was a Christmas gift and when the appointment was booked my sister specifically asked about using the balance for gratuity and was told that would be fine and when it came to pay I was told that was not an option and when I questioned it because of previous experiences the receptionist was immediately rude and condescending and basically called me a liar. I paid over 20 percent for a tip on my card which is fine not the issue. My issue is more the miscommunication and the immediate nastiness that destroyed the relaxation of a massage and this is not the first time I had such an experience With the same receptionist. I decided to speak to someone higher the next day because I felt it was needed and left a message with no details and when she called me back she was just as unpleasant as the receptionist. She already knew the issue meaning the rude receptionist let her know from her perspective and she gave a disingenuous apology and rushed me off the phone offering nothing more than a terrible apology and an air of arrogance as well. If you go here you will have a lovely massage but will likely have it ruined by the arrogant and rude staff.
