Dr Betsy is like no other PT/Chiropractor Ive ever been to. I saw drastic results after just the first session! Each visit she spends so much time doing any necessary bodywork such as medical acupuncture, soft tissue release, deep stretching and so much more. Between the bodywork and the at home exercises, I went from having pain everyday, to feeling amazing and doing things I have avoided for so long. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and excellent at what she does, she is so kind and caring. As a postpartum doula, I love that we have a common interest in helping pregnant and postpartum women.

Because of Dr. Pulicks kind, empathetic and evidence-driven approach, I walk away from the office feeling much better AND with a detailed plan to get ever better. Had a really enjoyable visit. I had neck trouble for months and Doctor Betsy helped me get rid of my pain. She was very professional and helped me prevent damaging my neck any further by giving me exercises to practice at home. I would recommend Ridgefield Sports Medicine to anyone!
