      image David and Naomi were extremely helpful in helping me find a phone and plan to fit my budget. This is telling because I had my previous phone for YEARS and never thought Id swap to an iPhone but Ive been so happy and I feel so bougie with my new devices!! The two of them were awesome and got me the best deals!! kudos to them and kudos to the manager Richie for having the patience and calmness to deal with the customer scuffle that I witnessed!!!

      image Came here to upgrade my phone. There were three people working and no other customers. They had a small argument over who would help me. The person who did eventually come over tried to get me to upgrade my entire plan, telling me it would be the same price as keeping my current plan. He did not give me any specific numbers even when i asked. I ended up doing the numbers in front of him and he sort of shrugged it off. Really crummy service. Ended up leaving. I still need a phone but not doing it there. They clearly had no interest in me as a customer.
