Visiting this store was the worst experience for me. I specifically asked for a prepaid and they flat out lied to me that they don't cater prepaid in that store. In fact, I was there 2 months ago to avail a prepaid service and was able to do so. They gave me postpaid choices. After this month, i will transfer to Verizon because of what happened. They also charge me for a device insurance without telling me and besides, I brought my own device.
What a rip off!

No professionalism, on the phone with friends during work. Only one person on the sales floor.

came in to buy a new iphone and there was an insanely rude staff. Younger workers sitting there yapping and looking at you crazy like you just ruined their party once you walk in. They even refused to help me right when i walked in the door because they were laughing and talking. will never be going here again.

My experience is the WiFi is terrible when Im not in my house I really wish they can do better. Very disappointed hope they could improve I wanted to switch to Verizon but I am very loyal
