This store isnt even worthy of 1 star. Worst game stop ever. Very poor communications with customers. They are liars. Worker dont even wear name tags. So they get to lie about there names and what what they truly know. No guarantee u will get a call on anything u pre order. Just terrible workers at this store location. I highly suggest going to other locations or online to make purchases. Ill never go back there

Worst experience ever. I look for the game I am going to buy. I went to GameStop to get a game and they had the game on display so I went to go buy it. Then they said I looked too young and had to get my mom to get the game. So I got my mom. Then they had the nerve to say they didn’t have the game in the store eventhough they had the game on display.

My father has shopped at this location for over 10 years. The service has recently gotten terrible and certain employees have made the shopping experience terrible. I experienced the same when I went in for a father's day gift card. My father nor I will ever shop at this location again. If the owner or manager can see this please reply with contact info and I would be happy to elaborate. Thank you.
