I visited the store because I had a question about my phone. The girl whos name was allegedly Nandi was beyond rude to me and told meThey sell service not phones which made absolutely no sense. She also stated that if it was so easy to figure out that I should know how to resolve the issue myself and I told her I dont work for AT&T.But basically if youre not making a purchase in which they can receive commission off they are not interested in even attempting to help you. She then began to get very combative and argue with me. All the while the store manager was there and did nothing but smirk. Horrible customer service all around.

I went to this location and upon the arrival they were very eager as they thought I was coming in to purchase a new phone. However, once they realized I came in specifically about questions with my current phone and services they became very rude, nasty, and unwilling to assist me. Highly do not recommend coming to this location.

Mohamed is absolutely terrible. Tricks people into paying for services and tells them is part of the package. Lies. He should be fired.

Great I got what I wanted and felt satisfied but the wait time was too long but it's okay.
