Mattie is the tops in our book.  In helping us to find a home she became more than an advisor and advocate but also a long lasting friend.  She exceeded all expectations, performed efficiently and professionally, and not only educated us but lovingly guided us through the process.  Her help did not end when the deal was closed.  Had it not been for Mattie I don't think we would have been able to purchase this house, but with her expert negotiation, attention to details, and persistence she got it done for us.  After closing we have stayed close to Mattie and she has helped bring us into the community.  On many occasions she has included us in social events where we were able to meet other people in the community.  We have bought & sold many houses but Mattie exceeds all realtors we have worked with by leaps and bounds.  She is absolutely the BEST!!

Mattie is very knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with. She gave us wonderful guidance, valuable information, and honest opinions about Westcliffe and it's real estate market. Anyone shopping for real estate in Westcliffe will be glad they chose her as their realtor.
