Wade went above the normal expected of what you expect from your real estate agent. At first, he crafted the offer for the home we bought exactly to meet our needs. He incorporated terms that were convincing and professional to assure the Seller of our sincere desire to purchase his home. After we were under contract, Wade was there every time we needed referrals or on-the-site support while we were still 1,700 miles away form the home we were buying.
