Selling this property was a long, tedious process, but Jennifer Kreigh and Kimberlee Salameno stuck with it. Even the closing lasted longer than usual but, again, they stuck with it. Very happy with their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile.

Best realtor team hands down!! We, unfortunately, had two contracts that fell through with other realtors in the years before we found Kimberlee, in 2019, when looking to purchase a home in the Custer County area. No one else that we worked with in the Custer County area is as knowledgeable as Kimberlee, and the Platinum Properties Team, especially when it came to which homes would be suitable on a VA home loan. Kimberlee and her team understand which houses will meet VA requirements and which will not; therefore, our time, her time and any potential seller’s time wasn’t wasted. I recommend the Platinum Properties Team to all and everyone who is in the market of either selling or purchasing a home, land, or commercial investment. We will not choose anyone else whenever the time comes to either sell our house or purchase a new home in the future.
