Twila and the Hayden Outdoors team did an amazing job selling my property. It wasn't an easy sell for many reasons none being their fault but Twila and the Hayden team were up for the challenge. They also did a great job nationally advertising it which created alot of interest. At no time did I ever feel uncomfortable with her as a matter of fact it was the opposite, the longer I worked with her the more comfortable I felt she was the right realtor for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and has many resources available to her. If I had to do it again, I would choose her to sell my property.

We were introduced to Twila while working with another realtor. After some frustrations, we called Twila and she immediately scoped out a property, same day in the dark and snow and during the holidays. Although that property didn't work out, she was patient with us. The short of it is that Twilas awesome personality, knowledge of Westcliffe's market, and real estate experience made a dream, our new reality. She provided much more than a business transaction. Twila is why we are now living in our own little piece of heaven.

We recently bought our piece of Colorado with the help of Twila Geroux of Hayden Outdoors. After making so many vacation visits over the past 10 years, we decided to look into buying a property for ourselves. I sent out a number of requests to realtors to show us some land properties on one of our drives home. Twila responded quickly and met us on the road when it was convenient for us. It was obvious she was going to represent our best interests and provide valuable insight into the area and the many unique issues that come with purchasing a land property in Colorado. After a few more visits we found our property and the negotiations and closing were seamless. She has also reached out a couple of times since the purchase to see how things are going and provide local contacts for work to be done.
