We were fitted for our skis and boots seamlessly in our condo to minimize COVID risk. Was a great experience with solid equipment. Second time using Black Tie, and we'll be back!

Loved everything about this company! Reid came to our rental and set us up with the proper ski's, boots, etc. So friendly and helpful! He even texted to let us know we could leave our ski's/boots at the Amenity Center (AC) at the base each day so not to have to lug them back home along with great recommendations of nearby restaurants.
While at the AC each day the friendliest human being named Patrick helped us get our boots on/off, if needed. Nothing could overwhelm him! People were coming and going to buy items and picking up and he always had a phrase that made you laugh! You can tell these people love their jobs and I was grateful to use this company! Thank you!!

Reservations were very easy. Our plane was delayed and we had to reschedule. They were super accommodating. Once in the store the associate was very knowledgeable and spoke to my kids on their level trying to get the best fit. They came to our rental house to pick up the skis after we left, couldn’t have been more convenient.

The staff at the black-tie are extremely helpful and bend over backwards to make sure you have a great experience...I highly recommend them if you are skiing or boarding at steamboat.
