Staff was awesome. Took time to get us in the right gear and go over where we should ski. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly

BE AWARE that they over charge you for your ski equipment! I pre ordered my ski and snowboard equipment for a price of $424.67, and when I got there and purchased my equipment they charged me $485.29. So I called for a refund and they refused to give it to me. Said what I was charged was not the correct price on the web site. This is false advertisement. I will never go to this place again and I will let the VRBO folks know to remove them from their discount site.

We walked into an empty shop and were refused service to simply check my edges and bindings. Apparently,it would take too long. In an empty store. I went elsewhere and got it handled for free with a smile. Id look elsewhere.
