My parents have had this service for over 10 yrs... the internet keeps going down and as they are older they are left with equipment that is making them feel helpless, and still being charged the same with no help. There is an automated line which is difficult enough for them to use them once they get through the issue is solved, and it could happen again within a few min sometimes they get a day or two however if this is truly a company that cares about their customers the elder communicating with this company should be a priority

Comcast is trying to double-dip by cashing my elderly uncle's payment and then saying he hasn't paid and are blackmailing him, saying they will delay shutting off his service if he agrees to new TOS that require him to plead guilty to being late with payment.
I am looking at the canceled check.
I guess we take this up with his bank since Comcast can't be bothered to look into it.
Scamming the elderly is a state jail felony.
