        completely unprofessional and rude! I asked one question and was treated very badly when she could not reply to my questions. And then when I asked for a restroom for my small child (4); a woman told me she should not be about if she does not know how to hold it? what the hell people....

        They don't even answer their phone. Trying to change my address online and it keeps responding that the address does not exist. Phone message says that their tellers are too busy to answer the phone. Lots of complaints of poor/slow service.
