Reliant Mechanical Services- Littleton

Five stars because ten isn't an option. I am a hardcore DIY guy, and after buying a nearly century old house, I had never called anyone in for service on anything. I needed to do some work on my boiler, but the manual did not include some of the info needed, I was elbow deep in a dozen other heavy projects, and I just didn't have time to do the required research. I called around, and got lucky that Radek took my call. The quoted price was not only reasonable, but the invoice ended up being even less. He came and did an excellent job cleaning the boiler and flushing the lines. Then he proceeded to teach me how it all worked, made recommendations for parts to keep on hand, and answer my zillions of questions all with a joke, a smile, and a professional yet personable demeanor. Later on, I was able to text a follow up question that failed to make it to my notes somehow on a day I know he was not working, and he responded immediately. I hate calling in people to do jobs like this because I almost always feel they do a half assed job for a double assed price; my experience with Radek was the polar opposite. I am genuinely glad I hired Reliant to service my boiler.. Weird thing to be so thrilled with, especially coming from someone like me.

Most friendly, high quality and thorough service I have had! This is the third company that I have tried working with and the third time is the charm. Will only use Reliant for now on!

Called reliant to schedule AC repair ASAP. I was told they would call me back to schedule. It's been several days now with no response from them so I went with another company.
