Pace & Sons Mechanical

Our furnace went down late Friday afternoon, and my wife and I thought wed spend the weekend in a cold house. We contacted our management company with not much hope that it would be fixed before the weekend. However, to our mutual surprise and appreciation, Alex from Pace & Sons jumped into action. He came around with a smile and fixed the furnace in no time. Thank you, Alex, and thank you, Pace & Sons, for the quick and excellent service. This is a company that deserves everyone's support.

Our home warranty company hired Pace and Sons to come out when our furnace died. Alec came out and checked it out, and of course it started up perfectly for him. Anyone else would have said ok Im done here and left, but he stuck around and after a few minutes the furnace shut off again. He troubleshooted and found an irreparable issue, and let me know unfortunately wed need a new furnace. He went above and beyond to contact Blue Ribbon warranty several times when they initially said they werent going to cover the replacement and was able to get us coverage in the end. He and his brother Blake came the very next day to install our new furnace at a lower price than they initially quoted. All around a great experience despite the bad news of having to get a new system. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is they really should have a payment plan option for such a large purchase. Most people cant afford a several thousand dollar surprise, and their credit card service charges 4%. That is the only improvement I can see, otherwise they were great!

Excellent company. Fixed my AC unit this summer, and now my furnace this winter. Fairly priced, and real nice guys. Will always recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Couldn't be happier! They installed dual furnaces and dual hot water heaters for my larger than average home, all in one day. Other estimates came in up to 2.5 X more.
