Went in to ask for directions after my phone died; kind of a long shot with AT&T, especially with clearly no intent to buy anything. Yet Jonah, an employee, went above and beyond to help me. He gave me undivided attention and even printed a map for me. Customer service rarely goes beyond the help of purchase, but this is one of those rare times. Best AT&T store I've been to, and I'm now more inclined to drive all the way here if I want or am interested in a product. Give him a raise!

Austin helped us today at the Ken Caryl/Littleton location. Courteous, knowledgeable of the products/ plans and very personable. I walked out with my phone needs exceeded! Thanks for the great service and experience!

Visited the Ken Caryl location yesterday. I had the pleasure of working with Jonah. He was wonderful and honest. After spending several minutes with me and my daughter helping us find the perfect new phones and get accounts set up he was honest about a big promotion that was available on-line. He saved me a ton of money! AT&T should be proud to have someone like Jonah working for them. Even though he lost his commission on the sale he gave me the best service possible. Very impressed and grateful. Thank you and will definitely be going back for further AT&T help in Ken Caryl!
