        Ive rented cars from other agencies before and this has been probably the worst experience Ive ever had and my first with Avis. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. I picked the vehicle up early and was not made aware that this would result in being charged. I requested a compact car for fuel efficiency and was given a full size pickup that had horrible gas mileage. No other options were available and I should have switched providers then. I was charge for not filling the tank even though I had returned it on full. \_()_/

        Avis provided the vehicle we requested (minimum 7 passenger) with fast, friendly service for pick up and drop off. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. Returning the vehicle at the airport was a breeze.
