Romano's Macaroni Grill

We ordered a To-go order today. I did call a little before open and the staff were very nice , took my order and when I arrived a few minutes before open they let me in and allowed me to pick up my order early. The food was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. My wife had the Chicken Alfredo and I had the Spaghetti with Meatballs and added sausage. Had a great experience here. We tried the Mamas Trio and a Parmisean Crusted Chicken salad which was drizzled with a balsamic glaze. Staff was friendly and everything felt safe and clean.

We went into Macaroni Grill because Texas Roadhouse was busy and the kids like to color on the table. The chicken parmesan was burnt and tasted so. There was no alfredo sauce on the chicken alfredo, but we were told the noodles soaked up the sauce. Next time we will just wait for a seat at the Roadhouse.

Terrible experience. I always look for something positive to say and unfortunately this time only Shawna who came up from Westminster save the night. At least she tried to take care of us and was the only one who apologize for the poor experience.
