I have been going to Bisetti's since they opened. I am from New York and find their food to be the closest to the Italian restaurants I grew up with. I heard they were closing at the end of January so I spent my day off driving 4 hours to enjoy one last meal from them. I arrived early evening to see that though the bar was packed as always, the dining room was half empty. The fancy dressed young lady greeted me and informed me I couldn't eat there because they were full even though I was looking at 6-8 empty tables. I said fine, then can I order food to go? She said the restaurant doesn't do food to go. I have always gotten food to go besides eating my meal in the restaurant. I saw no sense in arguing with her even though the New Yorker in me wanted to mess her up because of her attitude. I have been a loyal customer since 1993 and have never had a problem. Maybe it's for the better that they close, I only hope the next restaurant doesn't employ rude stuck up divas for their staff.
