After standing around and waiting to be seated (and being ignored by the bartender and manager) we seated ourselves. But when I sat around and watched other people come in and be seated with still no acknowledgement we decided to leave. As we were walking out that’s when the manager decided it was time to let us know he was just going to help us. I told him not to worry. We went to another location were we received the service expected.
This is the fifth time I’ve received horrible service at this location. Go to any other location if you can. I’ve been a waitress and bartender and would have been fired if I ever treated any customer in that way. This location needs a complete staff overhaul and retraining.

Macaroni Grill is one of our favorite restaurants. We enjoy the ambiance and seeing the chefs cook in an open kitchen. The waitstaff is always pleasant and attentive. Our favorite dishes are the ratatouille and the spaghetti and meatballs. La vita è bella!

This was an excellent experience with a few tiny exceptions. The entree and salad were exceptional. I didn't care for the bread and the desserts were not what I would expect of a restaurant of this caliber.
