Western Fireplace is a class act. The past few years businesses seem to become less and less personal , less and less responsive, less and less quality. Western fireplace has MORE than bucked that trend. They are an absolutely wonderful business to work with! I have suggested them to several friends and business colleagues. Keep up the great work!

This company does not stand behind their worksmanship. They installed a cover incorrectly and wouldnt own it. The techno came and beat the hell out of it for a half hour and later deflected blame on the contractor. Dont buy from here.

I was very happy with the fireplace I bought and the installation service provided by Western. I did my own rough-in, hearth, mantle, and rock but I hired the Western crew to do the fireplace set, flue install, and startup. Their work was very cost efficient and they did a good job. I chose the Heat n Glo 6000CL and we're really enjoying it. It has 5 heat levels and can operate at around half power (roughly 17000 btu) which allows us to enjoy it all day even when it's not super cold outside. It would be a very unusual house that would make someone wish for more heat. I also think it's a common enough model where parts will be available for many years.

Adam is the guy to get! Friendly, polite, respectful of my home and he did a fantastic job cleaning my fireplace! The amount of dead moths was awful and he didn't even flinch! I was totally grossed out! He took all the 'wood' pieces and siding out and gave each one a good cleaning front and back, vacuumed the fireplace inside and under, the front glass is spotless, and he freshened up the rocks and embers. He even cared enough to find the sweet spot for the flame! I have a brand new fireplace! First class job and a nice guy. Definitely sticking with Western Fireplace Supply out of Ft Collins! Thanks Adam!
