Great product and service. After getting an estimate from a competitor for a wood burning stove, we came to Western Fireplace. Michelle identified our needs, showed us products, and verified that our selection would be adequate for our needs. The price was competitive and the product is made in the USA. JW came to our home, did a thorough inspection of our installation location, including attic and roof, and provided a written proposal for the entire project before leaving. Jenny followed up with confirming our desire to proceed, scheduling, and setting expectations on duration, building inspector scheduling, etc. Paul and Mike came on installation day with building permit in hand and professionally completed the installation in a prompt and courteous fashion. I highly recommend Western Fireplace!

If you want really expensive fireplaces that don't work very well and include poor, slow service, this is your place! We have fireplaces on remote controls, asked if they could just be put on a switch because the remotes often don't work, and Western said no switches, but for $500 they'll put an app on our phone. We've spoken with them more times than I can count, they were chosen by our home builder, not us, and we will not ever work with them again.

Michelle, Jenny and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful! They have quality fireplaces at fair prices. They took their time and helped me pick out the right fireplace.

We are so pleased with our new gas fireplace from Western Fireplace Supply. From the showroom staff, scheduler and estimator to the installation and firing up, our experience was extremely pleasant.
