Hands down the best service I have ever come across. Lavelle was very courteous and professional. I was in a bind and needed my fireplaces serviced asap. Lavelle was able to pull some strings and adjust their schedule to fit me in the same day. Duane was exceptional. Very polite, did great work, and very friendly. Duane was down to earth and explained everything he was doing. I will absolutely use Masun Energy Systems again. I will refer them to all my friends and family. My family and I are very thankful.

After many years dealing with MaSun Energy Systems regarding a problem with my gas fireplace shutting off intermittently and Chip, and recently, Dwayne, trying various things and assuring me they now knew how to fix it, only to not return my phone calls when I try to pin them down as to when it will be fixed, I finally called Northco Fire. Within three days I had an appointment. It took their technician about 10 minutes to determine the problem. He had everything he needed to fix it on his truck as well as what he needed to install a blower I decided I wanted.
I give MaSun one star because they did show up at first and were very friendly
