        Bought a stackable washer dryer from this company. Brand new. It was their Frigidaire line. It never worked. They're contractor/technician has been trying to fix it for two months. Pretty much replaced every single part. Again, this has been going on for 2 months. I wanted the washer dryer replaced because at this point, we ran out of patience. Spoke with Charles from customer service and supervisor Sharon. They said they will not replace it. Instead, they will send more technicians to try to fix it. I said "no". I will not go through where I have to get off work for another 2 months and waste my time. Wow~ It was under warranty~ Unbelievable~ These people are CROOKS! I'll just trash it and buy a new washer/dryer.
