I have had a new furnace and coil done with Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning at the beginning of this year. They managed to start work and complete it within a week of signing the contract. The installation, attention to detail was top notch. The roofing work required was done very professionally. Their follow up is also awesome as I had an issue with one of the vent controls for. They might not be the bigger but they care about their customers

Chris was excellent in coming to my home for my pri-winter inspection. He was courteous and explained what was checked and the results. He also helped me to reset my thermostat to gain more comfortable temperatures in the home. I am pleased with his, and Maddox Heating & Air Conditioning and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

We had a great experience with this business when our heating went out during a freeze. The technician was courteous in our home and gracious with his time when he was there after hours, he made sure to explain everything and he even wrote some extra things down for me. He made our heat start working again and made some recommendations of what we could do to get the most out of our unit. It was very impressive and would recommend!!

I needed a new boiler to be installed and everything about the process was awesome from the sales to the techs . Everything went very designed and quickly. I was given great advice, great options and a great price.. I would highly recommend Maddox and give it 5 out of 5 stars.
