I rarely submit reviews but feel the need to recognize this awesome company. I had a new furnace installed along with an air conditioner. Matt Stringer was extremely helpful with all my pre-installation questions. And the installers David and Travis were phenomenal. They absolutely went above and beyond. Very quick to come out and to install a new furnace and water heater. Prices were very competitive (I had several bids) and the install was very clean. I'm a Realtor and meet a lot of trades- this company and it's staff are top notch!

David Woodruff is awesome. I had a thermostat problem and he stopped what he was doing and came over to help me fix it. I appreciate his quick action and his customer centered focus. Ill recommend First String Heating to anyone who needs HVAC help!

I needed help in determining what was going on with my furnace in my 123-year-old home. David was very helpful in addressing the issues and ensuring I was updated in order to have properly functioning heat. He was professional, easy to understand, clean, and thorough. I highly recommend First String and know I will be using them for new air conditioning.
