I am a starwood preferred guest and I am always open to new hotels and tried this one even though it was 30 min away from anywhere I needed to be while in Denver. There was never hot water at night in this hotel - this was an issue confirmed by the desk staff. The rooms were not always kept well - one day the towels were left out drying when I got back in the evening. The staff was young and responsive, but the hotel itself has many problems. The only saving quality is that it is close to an all night super market - just 2 min walk away, close to the light rail train, 5 min walk distance, and free breakfast if you are a starwood preferred customer.
I had anticipated a better all around stay at this hotel. But I've cancelled my return reservation. I'll stay at a cheaper Ramada that's closer to where I need to be.
