Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver

We came here to see a Colorado Rockies game which is just a short walk from here. I have to say I love all the little things this place has to offer. Very clean and updated rooms, nice workout room and a rooftop terrace. Plus there is a restaurant and bar done by the lobby which has some amazing food. But the small things like have extra plugs by the bed and desk. The night lights by the foot of the beds and the mirror in the bathroom also has a sensor night light and a clock. Beautiful rooms great stay I highly recommended this place to stay.

Very average place Rooms: Its a below average hotel, the shower handle was cheap and broken. Also they have steamer no iron so it means creases on clothes. Also no door in shower will result into water in bathroom and main bedroom. I believe their architect and contract were not very good

I only stayed at this hotel because it was in a convenient location. The check in process was very stressful. Staff is inattentive nothing was explained correctly. Each and every time I tried to go get dinner the restaurant and bar were closed. First I went at 9 so I was understanding since it was a bit late. The next day I went around 8 and was told the kitchen was already closed. Youd have to eat dinner by 5 here I guess to be able to get service. My room was not prepared properly. I did not have Shampoo or Conditioner in my room. Parking is stupidly expensive at $59 a night when youre already paying for a rental. I am very disappointed by this Hyatt as Id never stayed in such a janky Hyatt. Was giving Motel 6 service for sure. 0/10

The hotel was lovely, rooms were very clean and it was so close to everything we wanted to see that we were able to walk everywhere! We also had a mix-up with our booking and the support team was incredibly helpful getting it sorted out. So glad we booked here! Walkability: It's a great downtown location less than 20 minutes walk to all the major sights (Union Station, the Capitol, museums).

Rooms: Perfect for 2or 3 day stay Fridge could be bigger but fo water and other small items works well. Not for leftovers haha. Very nice staff Nearby activities: Very close to a ton of pretty nice places to eat. Didn't see too much culture or music but could be the time of year. Walkability: Close to most things you may want to grab to make a stay more comfortable
