The girl at the front is just rude and looks extremely unhappy at her job. I came to get my daughters glasses a while back and had the same experience with the same lady as this time. I have been coming to optical masters for a while now 10+ years not of much importance well I decided to keep coming here even though I moved to green valley ranch as its just a known place. I came to do a check up and new prescription. They said I couldnt get my prescription until the day I receive the trial. Well this trial came in I drove down to pick and get my prescription she said I have to come back down and get the prescription after trying these out. I asked if they can email or mail she said no. Im not driving 50 minutes for the 3rd when nothing changed. It shouldnt be this hard to get a prescription. I came here even though they dont carry my work insurance and paid out of pocket never again.

I called a week ago and made an appointment. The woman on the phone was ignorant and rude, but I went with it anyways because I needed my eyes examined. I gave the rude woman on the phone my insurance information all of my personal information and was told I had an appointment. I showed up to my appointment this morning. The people in the office had no idea who I was. I waited for 45 minutes while they tried to figure out what my Insurance covered. Only to tell me that yes they take united but they dont take all of united health plans. I will have to pay for my office visit out-of-pocket. I never even saw a doctor and they wanted me to pay for this office visit that my insurance covers out of pocket. I was misled and lied to. My personal information was taken and documented, and I can only imagine where that information is going to end up now. I will absolutely never go back. This place is a sham, they only want your personal information.
