I wanted to warn people that the Panoptix lens is not all its cracked up to be. You will be told that when reading, especially in low light, you will still need readers but what you are not told is that there is a potential for significant light refraction which is very distracting and as told to me by Dr. Wang, there is no correction available. I would lean toward strong distance replacements (much cheaper) and avoid the multi focal option.

The inept front desk workers give you attitude, the billing department can’t figure out how to send a final bill after insurance settles, and they will deny you service *day-of surgery* if you show up and find out you have anything considered past due that they didn’t even bother notifying you about previously. One star for the doctor, -4 for everything else, this place has sucked for three visits straight.
