Don't get me wrong-
5 star service from technicians, reception and great doctors. Don't try to call the place though. The automated system is awful and can not really be used to get what you need.
Seems like a big company like this would have top-notch systems in place but in-person is better-even for a quick question.

Made an online appointment and it was quick, easy, and affordable. Karla was awesome and very helpful picking out my glasses and getting me on my way! 5/5 for me and I will be sending anyone needing help your way! Highly recommended! Ty all!

I have been coming here for years. Dr. Lau is amazing. She is very knowledgeable. My prescription fluctuates a lot so I go in every six months. She is very kind and funny. She is honestly the best eye doctor that I have seen. She has been there a few years now and I hope she continues to stick around. I highly recommend her!
