Dr. Horowitz and the night shift ER staff were great: smart, fast, and kind. Easily the best ER experience Ive had, thank you.

If I could give none I would. Not only are the doctors there physically abusive but if you are trying to do the right thing like get sober the right way good luck. Asking to get on suboxine so opioid withdrawls weren't so bad they refused.

I was actually a patient here twice in the er. I have been recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. The er dr I saw said I had symptoms of an under active thyroid (hashimoto) symptoms. I believed the dr ofc because this is all very new to me. I went last night with tremors, sweating, nausea, diarrhea, stiff muscles The dr last night told me I have undetectable the levels which is a sign of overactive thyroid so in my head Im like why did the other dr lie to me.Im constantly told I just have anxiety and sent home even though Im in an incredible amount of pain. The dr last night was going to admit me. I agreed to staying overnight because I thought at least they can help me sleep tonight as I havent slept properly in 4 days now. I wait an hour maybe for a different dr to come in and say oh well your vitals are good now (after the beta blocker they gave me) so theres no need to keep you here. I understand Im only 26 but I truly feel like Im dying and all you people want to say is oh youre just anxious. I hope instead of making things up and acting like yall know what youre saying its better for me to understand that yall dont actually know anything about hyperthyroidism so I can seek the proper help I need.. not be sent home to get worse than I was initially. I also never got medication for my diarrhea.

Horrible ER experience with a rude female security guard barking orders at you as soon as you walk in. No staff members available to help you in the ER room. Forced to use a kiosk machine when in pain and entire left arm is numb with loss of sensation in my index finger for 2 days now. The instructions on the kiosk tell you to go directly to a staff member if experiencing numbness of any kind. When a staff member finally comes out she tells me to use the kiosk regardless of the instructions that are on the screen that indicate my symptoms require immediate medical attention. Why would anyone feel welcome being greeted by a rude security guard making you feel youre at a TSA checkpoint and not a single staff member in site. Just a kiosk machine and staff members that couldnt care less.
